Not necessarily. An alternative is "a more cost-effective option in the same tier" — that could be a Chinese brand, another international brand, or even the same brand at the China-market price. We don't assume "switch to Chinese." The aim is to help you buy better and cheaper; brand nationality isn't the point — price-performance and reliability are.

Do you push expensive or Chinese options to make more money?
No. Our business is built on long-term repeat customers and referrals — not the margin on a single deal. Where a cheaper option fits, we say so. Where the original should stay, we say that too. Pushing the wrong thing for short-term margin would be caught after one or two orders, and the long-term business would be over. Buyer-side judgment is what makes this sustainable. It depends. If the report leads to us sourcing for you, the alternative work is usually included in the sourcing service — no separate fee.
